Kanzu returns to us here in sun-soaked Central Oregon from the lush green expanses of East Africa. Tucked within the misty mountain region of Nyamasheke, the Kanzu washing station has been producing high quality coffee for many years due to its unique microclimate.

When brewed, Kanzu offers a gently sparkling purple fruit tone that brings to mind fig jam and plump grapes. The presence of fruit is supported by a rustic oatmeal cookie backbone and a rich toffee finish. We are continuously thrilled to see how this origin can transform depending on how it is brewed, and how it was guided through the roasting process.
