Reimundo has quickly become a personal favorite amongst our staff, and for good reason. Boasting impressive sugars and a refreshing bouncy acidity, it is hard to go wrong when roasting and brewing this coffee. Representing the light end of the roast spectrum, this origin reminds us of cake batter, fruit cordial, and raspberry lollipop. This roast favors brew methods that highlight the coffee’s inherent clarity and texture. We are loving how it tastes as a v60 pour over, as well as served over ice for a mouth-watering afternoon pick-me-up.
