Todos Santos is a culmination of coffee from eight smallholder producers who reside within the Todos Santos Cuchumatán municipality. Their cultural farming practices involve the creation of fertilizers from leaves of the local horsetail plant and decomposed coffee pulp. In this way, the farmers are able to return microorganisms and nutrients from their land into their soil.
When brewed, this community lot displays many of the timeless characteristics of the Huehuetenango region. In the cup, we appreciate the nostalgic sweetness of wafer cookies and nutty confections, supported by a milk chocolate base. Todos Santos is equal parts intriguing and familiar, a coffee for any moment.
