Edilma leads the Los Guacharos association and continues to work towards increasing sustainability and expertise in the practices of coffee farming. We are proud to support this producer and to share her incredible crop with all of you.

In the cup this year, we are happy to taste this origin’s signature notes of comforting spice merged with tropical yellow fruits. The glow of mango and wildflower honey is balanced by warming date cake, all supported by a refreshing acidity. Edilma’s coffee shines in so many brew methods, with each shifting the balance from more fruity to more rustic.
