AMELIO SANTACRUZ
from $12.50

Taste: Rose Gelato, Melon, Maraschino Cherry

Origin: Colombia

Process: Honey

Region: Nariño

Variety: Variedad Colombia, Castillo

Colombian coffee has always held a special place in our hearts, so it was an undoubtedly joyous occasion when Amelio’s coffee landed in our roastery. Located in the township of Buesaquito, Amelio and his son Wilder work in unison to manage their two plots of coffee in the temperate growing region of Nariño. Their hard work and intentional processing methods has brought out the incredible vibrancy of their land’s terroir.

For fans of fruit flavors, there is much to love in Amelio’s coffee. We are enjoying many tropical tones like sugary melon, maraschino cherry, and rose gelato. The elegant acidity is textural and refreshing, bringing great dynamism to the cup. We are happy to have this opportunity to share such a beautiful coffee with our community.

BETO NARVAEZ
from $12.50

Taste: Magnolia, Ginger, Blood Orange Syrup

Origin: Colombia

Region: Huila

Process: Washed

Variety: Pink Bourbon

It is such a treat to be immersed in Colombian coffees this season. With each new addition to our menu, we are able to experience new flavors resulting from inventive processing and the unique confluence of variety and climate. Beto Narvaez’s pink bourbon crop is a stunning testament to this legendary varietal.

Immediately apparent are robust blood orange aromatics that continue into a juicy and refreshing texture. Graceful magnolia encircles the experience, adding complexity and nuance, while a candied ginger accent grounds it all back to the earth. We have been especially pleased with its expression on espresso, where every flavor is forthcoming and harmonious.

FINCA LA ENCAÑADA
from $11.75

Taste: Sugar Plum, Praline, Wild Honeycomb

Origin: Peru

Region: San Martín

Process: Washed

Variety: Bourbon, Red Caturra, Pache

Encanada returns once again to our roastery and this season’s harvest is just as lovely as we remember. Producer Dionicio Aguilar works the same land that his father purchased back in the 70’s. Bordering the Tonchima River, the farm produces Bourbon, Red Caturra, and Pache varieties across 12 hectares of ancient soil.

This year, Encanada offers stunning sugary sweetness and a rounded textural acidity. In the cup, we are tasting notes of sugar plum, praline cinnamon bun, and wild honeycomb. For fans of juicy sweetness, this coffee should not be overlooked.
