Pour Over

Coffee to Water Ratio: 1:15 - 1:17

Grind: Medium

The Process:

  1. Bring kettle of water to a boil, preheat pour over & rinse filter.

  2. Add 20 grams of freshly ground coffee.

  3. Tare scale and start your timer.

  4. Cover grounds with 40g of water & bloom for 35 seconds.

  5. Begin your first pour of water, stopping at 150g on your scale. Around 1 min 10 seconds make your second pour up to 250g. At about 2 minutes make your final pour to 320g.

  6. Total brew times will vary depending on which coffee and which pour over cone you are using. A good range is 3-4 minutes for a single cup pour over of our roasts.
