Our Peru offering is named Incahuasi after the district it was grown. Finca Amaybamba and Finca Pacaybamba coffee harvests were blended to make this delicate, fruity and cookie like coffee. Incahuasi is made up of Typica and Bourbon varieties grown at an altitude average of 1950 masl. We recommend this coffee for all brew methods including drip and espresso.
