From the farm ‘Fazenda Gabriela’ in Brazil comes an experimental micro lot of coffee that was fermented with tangerines for 48 hours before drying. Apprehensive at first approach since we’re purists at heart, we’ve been thoroughly surprised at such pleasant sweetness and complexity the tangerines added to this coffee. Fazenda Gabriela is especially great as espresso or as a precisely prepared pour over.
